Key tasks involved data cleaning, organizing, establishing the logic for demographic data display, implementing user authentication, and working with professionals to meet client-specific requirements. Users can analyze and compare demographic data, including gender, minority status, and disability across the industry and within their own companies. The dashboard's primary accomplishment is providing employers with a tool to monitor and evaluate employment equity progress, meeting client needs and ensuring its active use and maintenance.
